Foam on Beer Detector (FOB)
A Foam on Beer Detector is designed to minimize waste during keg changeovers. When a keg runs out, the float inside the Foam on Beer Detector drops, causing the Beer FOB to empty instead of the entire beer line. Once a new keg is tapped, the Beer FOB can be refilled using a pressure bleeding valve, preventing spillage caused by foam from the new beer agitating through the empty line.
